Double-Unders (If you can't do DUs then you will spend the same amount of time practicing DUs)
*Catch: EMOM you must stop DUs and do 5 Burpees
*WE ARE GOING TO START BETTER UTILIZING THURSDAYS BY FOCUSING ON IMPROVING 1 SKILL THAT DAY. YES, WE WILL DO A SHORT METCON TO WARM UP BUT IT'LL BE MORE ABOUT THAT SKILL AND MOBILITY.
