“It Takes Two”
Teams of 2 for 2 rounds:
2:00 Air Squats
One Partner holds the bottom of a squat
2:00 Row for Calories
One Partner does side plank holds (1 min each side)
2:00 Hand Release Pushups
One Partner holds a handstand on wall
2:00 Toes to Rings
One Partner hangs from pull-up bar
***Score is Max Reps. A partner must be in the static hold for the other to accumulate reps. Partners can switch back and forth from hold to working at any point during the 2 min. Complete one full cycle of the movements and then repeat for the second round.
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT DOING REPS BEFORE YOUR PARTNER IS IN THE HOLD POSITION YOU WILL BE PENALIZED 5 BURPEES! Have fun!
