Core Work - 3 rounds:

1 minute plank hold (alternate opposite arm/leg every 10 seconds - if unable to do that, do a weighted plank)
30 second side plank w/ reach through - then switch & do 30 seconds on other side
10 weighted back extensions (keeping core and back extra tight)
