1 100m Sprint
1 Tire Flip (Partner Tire Flips acceptable if needed)
1 Tire Jump In & Out (Jump to the center of the tire then jump out the other side = 1 rep) *step as a scale
-Start at 1 rep of each movement for 1st min, 2nd min increases to 2 reps of each mvmt, 3rd min is 3 reps of each mvmt, etc until your team fails required reps in the min
-1 athlete working at a time but athlete can switch at any time. Mvmts must be done in order
MOBILITY, MOBILITY, MOBILITY!
