40 Power Snatches (III-135/85, II-115/70, I-95/55, .5-75/45)
10 Rope Climbs (3 Rope Pulls from the ground = 1 Rope Climb)
40 Overhead Squats (III-135/85, II-115/70, I-95/55, .5-75/45)
20 Burpee w/ 2 Strict Push Ups (push ups from knees if needed)
