1. 10x2 (One and a half*) Back Squats, same weight for all sets

 

2. EMOM x 18
Min 1: 4 Squat Cleans (65-70% of your 1RM Squat Clean)
Min 2: 6 Diamond Push Ups (as usual, chest must touch regardless of what scale you use)
Min 3: 30 sec Plank

 

LEVEL III
1. 10x2 (One and a half*) Back Squats, across

2. EMOM x 18
Min 1: 2 Squat Cleans (80-90% of your 1RM Squat Clean)
Min 2: 4 Close Grip Bench Press (III-155/100, II-135/85, I-110/70)
Min 3: 6 Weighted T2B (12#/8# med ball between feet)
