1. Power Snatch from the knees (using jerk blocks)
5×3 at 70% (work on form - i.e. better landing position, completing 3rd pull (jump and shrug), etc.

2. Barbell Cycling

Odd: 4 Burpees + 4 TnG Power Snatches, (III-125/85, II-100/70, I-75/50) – no dropping the bar
Even: 4 Burpees + 6 ‘single’ Power Snatches, (same weight) – you must drop the bar after every rep
