9 Thrusters (155/105 lbs) (scaled 125/85 or 95/65)
9 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Rest until the running clock reaches 20:00, and then…

AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
3 Man Makers (heaviest DB all 3 teammates can use)
6 Goblet Squats (with 1 of the DBs used for man makers)
9 Ring Dips
