A. E2MOM x 12 minutes (6 sets):
Front Squat x 1 rep @ 85-90%
Strict Handstand Push-Ups to Deficit x 4 reps
(Make the deficit challenging, but I still want you completing the four reps each of the six set) (sub strict KB presses)

Rest approx 7 mins

B. EMOM x 12:
Hang Squat Clean + Jerk @ 80% of 1RM HSC

Rest approx 5 mins

C. 10 min AMRAP of:
40 Unbroken Double-Unders (scale to 20 if 40 is close to your PR)
20 Wall Ball Shots (30/20 lb) (make sure they use a heavier ball!)
10 Pull-Ups
