10 Rounds for Time (by each team member - 20 rounds total)
8 Wall Balls (20/14)
2 Bar Muscle Ups (scale to wall walks)
6 Squat Cleans (75/55)
*Note: While one team member is completing a round, the second is hanging from the pull-up bar. Each time that team member comes off the bar, there is a 3 burpee penalty to be completed by BOTH team members before moving onto the next round. Strategize wisely & move as quickly as possible.
