Partner WOD (2 athletes):
Relay Style - As many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
10 Strict Pull ups (Scale: Banded strict pull ups. Don't use too much band!)
10 Bench Press (III-135/95)(II-115/80)(I-95/65)
*Partners spot each other on Bench Press

*If you can do strict pull ups but start to burn out early on strict pull ups, use a light band and continue doing strict pull ups. No kipping!

Mobility:
