Agility Tabata:

*Tabata for each exercise (20 secs On/10 secs Off x 8 rds) 

Med Ball Clean (20/14)
Shuttle Run (50'=platforms to turf. Must touch ground. Each touch counts as 2 reps)
Plyometric Push-ups (III-12" boxes for all 4 limbs, II-45# plates for all 4 limbs, I-45# plates for hands) 
Box Jumps (20" for all)
