Oly Lift:

Every 90 secs for 15 mins (10 rds) of

2 Squat Snatches from the blocks (bar should be right above the knee when on blocks)

*Start light and build to a heavy 2 reps. Stay at that weight for the remaining rounds.*


 

Metcon:

For Total Reps:

Complete as many WALL BALLS as possible in 3 mins,

Rest until the running clock reaches 6:00 then,

Complete as many RING DIPS as possible in 3 mins,

Rest until the running clock reaches 12:00 then,

Complete as many BURPEES as possible in 3 mins.
