I've always had a passion for athletics and exercise. I played baseball and hockey growing up but tore my ACL in my left knee twice in high school. Later on I realized that my injuries and my ability to communicate with most anyone were a sign that my main purpose is to teach and coach. I started with Personal Training and have had a variety of clients from an athlete rehabbing their injury to mom just wanting to get in shape to grandma wanting a better quality of life to 300lb+ person wanting to get their life back and everything in between. After years of PT, I discovered CrossFit and did alot of research. I found no matter how much you research, you just have to try it. I fell in love instantly. Ever since, I have been able to coach people from all different backgrounds in one class (for a third of the price of PT) and them all see AMAZING results. The results of the program even blew me away! Come try us out and as I always say, "All I need is a willingness to WORK and a willingness to LISTEN and I can help you hit your goals." I look forward to meeting you!

"Although I have always exercised throughout my life and was a gymnast for 8 years, it was in CrossFit that I discovered a hidden passion and new talent. This unique sport and course of training is more than just "exercise," it's a way of life.  CrossFit is designed to reveal the hidden strength within you, no matter your age, gender, size or disability, and it is my goal to be that link to help others uncover it."

"I have been an athlete my whole life, from soccer and softball in my youth to Varsity and NCAA Lacrosse. I found CrossFit at age 17 and never looked back! My fitness journey to become a better athlete and the healthiest version of myself started with CrossFit; I lost over 50 pounds in less than a year, and adopted the Paleo diet. After an ACL injury in lacrosse, I began competing in Olympic Weightlifting meets and learned to appreciate how much power the body can produce in such a short span of time. I love the ability CrossFit gives me to share how powerful fitness and nutrition can be, and I love seeing CrossFit and Weightlifting change other's lives and show them how strong their body can be, regardless of injury or setbacks.  It's not going to be easy, but I promise it'll be worth it!"

"I was not an athletic person growing up, but in 2015 I found CrossFit and became truly passionate about it. I became a Level 1 certified trainer, and since then have enjoyed the community and new abilities I have gained at CrossFit III. I believe in this program and the positive changes I've seen it bring in people's lives. All the work is always worth it, and our community will always be cheering you on the whole way!"

I've always been a passionate person but also struggled with my weight. CrossFit allowed me to share my passion with other people through a way I never could have imagined. I lost over 50lbs my first 18 months of CrossFit. CrossFit also introduced me to my beautiful wife and was such a huge support in my life when I was overcome with back surgery. I truly believe that CrossFit can change the body and mind of any person that puts forth the effort. My job as a Firefighter demands a high level of physical readiness, and CrossFit is the answer to keep me in shape and ready for every obstacle life can throw at me. I love to share my knowledge with other people and have CrossFit effect their lives the way it did mine.
