3 Snatch Pulls at each percentage (of your 1RM Snatch) for Technique NOT for time

85%, 90%, 95%, 100%, 105%

*This exercise is to work on positioning and balance for snatch. When we build heavier than our 1RM, it allows us to feel what a future PR weight feels like! It doesn't matter how good or bad you are at this movement, this WILL help you get better at it.
