2. EMOM x 15:
Min 1: 6 Strict Pull Ups (Scale: use lightest band possible)
Min 2: 25 Air Squats (Scale:15)
Min 3: 4 Strict HSPUs (Scale: use abmats or Heavy Strict Press with DBs)
