50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 35#/25#
50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45#/33 or 30#
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14#
50 Burpees
50 Double unders (Scale: 150 SUs)

NOTE: If you are a female and previously did this wod with 35# KB and 45# PP then do that today to compare to your previous time
