In honor of Mrs. Kellie Camp hitting one of her huge goals, here is a WOD she literally dreampt up. Kellie's huge goal was body weight under 300#. She got 3 #s away then lost her focus and gained 30#s back very quickly. She has been sending myself and Coach A her daily calorie tracking virtually every day for a month. So..... in 5 weeks Kellie lost 38ish pounds!!!! This is seriously one of my proudest moments as a coach because she could have let the setback take her down completely but instead she took down the setback! Way to go Kellie!!
