1. Strength
A. Max reps of Back Squat in 1 minute at 1.5x bodyweight (or 85% of 1RM)
B. Max reps of Bench Press in 1 minute at at 1.25x bodyweight (or 85%)
C. Max reps of Back Squat in 45 seconds at 1.25x bodyweight (or 70%)
D. Max reps of Bench Press in 45 seconds bodyweight (or 70%)
E. Max reps of Back Squat in 30 seconds at bodyweight (or 55%)
F. Max reps of Bench Press in 30 seconds .75x bodyweight (or 55%)
rest 2-3 minutes between all sets.

2. WOD
4 Rounds for Time:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
200m Run
*I want you guys to go all out on this WOD from 3-2-1 GO. See what your body can do. Stretch it. If you burn out, you burn out. Oh well, now you know. Do you accept the challenge?
