1. Clean & Jerk

20 mins of Clean & Jerk work

*No rules here. You can go heavy, you can stay light, find a new max, just tell coach what you are trying to accomplish and put in some work. (ex: Fine tuning split jerk technique, dropping straight into the squat during the clean and not "riding the elevator down", maintaining form at heavy weight, etc)
