1. Snatch Pulls 

2 reps at 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 100%, 105%

 

2. Snatch Max Lower weight back down to around 70% of your current 1RM and build to a 1RM Snatch (hopefully a PR!) 

3. Open WOD 14.1 AMRAP in 10 minutes of: 

30 Double Unders (SU 2:1) 

15 Power Snatches, 75/55
