4 rounds for time of:
3 Rope Climbs (scale: 12 Rope Pull Ups* or 15 Ring Rows)
*Rope Pull Ups are done with the rope that is attached to the rig. They will help you create a habit with your footwork. Make sure you release then re-establish your foot hold each rep. Stand on that solid foot hold more than you do a pull up!
**Please change off between them and ring rows to allow anyone that wants to to use it.
