Squat Clean Pyramid - For Time

By the 3 min mark: 10 Squat Cleans @ 65% of your 1RM Squat Clean

By the 6 min mark: 8 Squat Cleans @ 70%

By the 9 min mark: 6 Squat Cleans @ 75%

By the 12 min mark: 4 Squat Cleans @ 80%

By the 15 min mark: 2 Squat Cleans @ 85%

*This workout is for time. You do not need to wait for the 3 min windows to elapse to start your next weight. The designated minute markers are however time caps. For example: You must complete the 10 squat cleans before 3 mins to move to the next round. You then must complete the 8 squat cleans before 6 mins to move to the next round, etc... If you do not complete a round then your workout is finished and your score is total completed reps.
