Introducing CrossFit III's Newest Trainer David Kniseley

I'm very excited to announce CrossFit III's newest trainer David Kniseley. He is a great addition to the gym and we are looking forward to growing strong with him!

-Shane Bonilla, Owner/Coach, CrossFit III

My name is David Ryan Kniseley or "DK" as my clients call me. I have been involved in CrossFit since 2007. My love for the sport and call to help others led me on a course to pursue my passion. In 2009, I became L1 CrossFit Certified and began coaching at two CrossFit boxes in the Atlanta area. I have trained with numerous gyms and learned a great deal of knowledge from incredible mentors who are highly respected within the community. I have experience in competing and training for high level CrossFit competitions in the region. Additionally, I have CrossFit certifications in Olympic Lifting and Mobility. Supplemental to my CrossFit certifications, I have extensive education about the human body ranging from biochemistry to anatomy, as I am currently enrolled at Life University to become a chiropractor. I have trained everyone from SEAL candidates,
professional athletes, softball teams, politicians and everyone in between. My philosophy is, "if you can move, I can make it work for you." I believe safe, efficient and technically sound mechanics are the true foundation of any successful CrossFitter.

While pursuing my education, my current plan is to continue to work with CrossFitters showing them the benefit of true total wellness using CrossFit, Chiropractic care and nutrition as the vehicle to accomplish these goals. My ultimate goal is to graduate from Life University and become a chiropractor in the Atlanta area.

"The body is an amazing machine capable of marvelous physical achievements, but poor form and mechanics are the fastest way to hinder any real progress or growth!"

-David Kniseley, Coach, CrossFit III
