CFIII mbrs: During the CF Games Open Season we will be following CrossFit HQ's programming. There are a few reasons but just trust us here. We followed main site for a full month back in the day and it got us out of comfort zones with some of the WODs that popped up but that will be good for us! I do want to note that they post the night before around 9pm so give me time to post to our site. 

Other very important but FUN note. I've been really thinking about the Open WODs. I know the majority of you guys aren't technically signed up for it but that's not the point. The point is to do a WOD that every other CFitter in the world is doing (kinda like Murph) and give it your absolute all. Everything you have once a week. For 17.1 I feel like we missed the cheering and pushing each other because we did it in normal size classes where everyone was either judging or working out. SOOOOO.... the coaching staff agreed that we should change the Open WOD to be programmed on Saturdays instead of Fridays. What we would LOVE to see is people that normally don't come on Saturdays to come and let's all create an electric, amazing, WOD killing atmosphere to compete in! We will run heats and we really need people to just be cheering on and encouraging. Most of the Open WODs should be shorter so we can run multiple heats. ARE YOU GUYS WITH ME!? self TEAM purpose!

If you absolutely cannot make Saturdays then you are more than welcome to do the Open WOD on Fridays or Mondays, just make sure you arrange for someone to judge you.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

3 Rope Climbs (scale: 6 Rope Pulls or 12 Tough Ring Rows)

12 Push Presses (III-135/95, II-115/80, I-95/65)

50 Double-Unders (scale: 1 min DU practice)


If time permits, work on 1 weakness after the WOD when you're tired.
