*Can be a power clean


2) 15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Dumbbell hang clean and jerks III-50/35, II-40/25, I-30/20
Pull-ups (Scales: Jumping Negative Pull Ups / Banded / Ring Rows)
*Wear weight vest if able
