12 Pull Ups

Many of you have done Helen multiple times. If you are at the point where you can do all of the KBS and Pull Ups unbroken (or very close) then you only have 1 option for making this workout faster. RUUUUUN! Run so hard that your lungs burn and it's mentally hard to pick up that KB right when you get inside. Push yourself. Your body can do much more than you think it can.

2. Back Squats
5 sets of 8 reps at 65-75% of your 1RM
