150 Deadlifts (III-185/125, II-155/105, I-125/85)
150 Hang Cleans (III-95/65, II-80/55, I-65/45)
Row (MM-2000m, FF-1600m, MF-1800m) *Men switch every 500m, Ladies every 400m
*After the 150 BS are done, put bar on ground and change weight for DLs. Once 150 DLs are complete, change weight for Hang Cleans. Team with someone that uses the same weights.
