1. EMOM for as Long as You Can Last: (Score = Total Reps)

Min 1: 12 Burpees (scale: 8 Burpees if needed)
Min 2: 1 Cal Row + 1 Plank to Pike on Sliders
Min 3: 12 Burpees
Min 4: 2 Cal Row + 2 Plank to Pike on Sliders
Min 5: 12 Burpees
Min 6: 3 Cal Row + 3 Plank to Pike on Sliders
Min 7: 12 Burpees
Min 8: 4 Cal Row + 4 Plank to Pike on Sliders
Min 9: 12 Burpees
Min 10: 5 Cal Row + 5 Plank to Pike on Sliders
etc until reps cannot be completed in the min.

*If you don't get to Min 7 then start over and go as far as you can (add SO to score for Start Over)
