1) Find your 1RM 

Back Squat

*Still filling up the Benchmark Board and this is the focus today. Keep your midline locked in as you get heavy and let's see some PRs!


2) 3 Rounds for Time

200m Run

20 Walking Lunges

40 DUs (Scale: 80 SUs)

*Try to get very close to that redline point on this one. Run harder than you ever have in a WOD. Right when you step foot in the door start lunging! Then pace the rope. Goal is unbroken, not speed with the rope. Right when you set that rope down start moving towards the door for the next round. Let's see what you got!
