New Classes and Changes to Attendance Limit
We now have MORE CLASSES! We have added a Tuesday at 5pm, Thursday at 7pm, Friday at 4pm and Saturday at 11:30am.
We have also brought most of the classes down to a maximum of 6 athletes. The room space and equipment were designed for 6 at a time and it will be much more comfortable and safe this way. Saturday classes still have a max of 8 since we do team WODs and Mon and Tues early evening classes are still at a max of 8 since there are Zumba classes that take up other slots.
We will see how this works and we always welcome your feedback! CrossFit III is on the grow!!
