10 Burpee C2B

15 Box Jumps (24/20, LIII-30/24)

1 Squat Clean (85% of your 1RM)

3 mins Rest

Teammate 1 starts rowing. Once teammate 1 finishes row and moves on to Burpee C2B, Teammate 2 starts row. This continues and teammate 2 can never start on a movement until teammate 1 has completed it. Rest starts when teammate 2 completes his/her squat clean.
