100 Burpees
80 Box Jumps, 30/24 (Scale: 24/20)
60 Deadlifts, III-175/125, II-145/105, I-125/85)
40 Bench Press (70% of 1RM - take the teams avg and use same weight)
*40 Push Ups for those that are still working on getting strict RX push ups
