Teams of 2 - for Time
200 Wall Ball Sit Ups 20/14 (feet against wall - wall ball touches the ground then touches the wall)
150 Goblet Squats (55/35)
100 Wall Balls 20/14

CATCH: 1 partner chips away at WOD, while the other rows 300m. When 300m is up, partners switch. Reps can only be performed when partner is rowing.

A. For time, with a 1 minute time cap.

B. For time, with a 2 minute time cap.

C. For time, with a 3 minute time cap.

*If any of the last few lifts are over your max you can either try to PR or you can do the under-PR weight multiple times until the 5 total reps are complete.
**You must be able to hit at least 1 of the C. weights in order to participate in the snatch ladder.
