1. Strength
With a continuously running clock do one strict pull-up the first minute, two strict pull-ups the second minute, three strict pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

2. WOD
In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
400 Meter Run together
20 Pull Ups
30 Push Ups (LIII-45#/25# plate on back)
*1 works at a time on Pull Ups and Push Ups
**For an even bigger challenge (and preparation for Murph), wear a weight vest for the whole workout.

BRING A FRIEND WOD (Teams of 2)
AMRAP in 15 mins:
20 Air Squats
20 Push Ups
20 Sit-Ups
200m Run Together
*1 teammate working at a time on reps then both run together. 20 reps are split between the 2 teammates.
