TEAMS OF 3!
With a running clock each partner completes 5 rounds of:
1. As many cals as possible on rower
2. 8 Power Snatches, LIII-135/95, III-115/80, II-95/65, I-75/55)
3. 20 Wall Balls, 20/14
*Your score is accumulated calories on the rower
**Each teammate is on a different station and working at the same time. All teammates rotate when Power Snatches and Wall Balls are complete. Each teammate will do exercise 1, 2 and 3 five times.
