"Chest & Tris"
5x5, climbing
Bench Press
then burnout set at III-135/95, II-115/80, I-95/65 (go until failure. Like someone has to pick it up off your chest)

5x8, climbing
DB Chest Fly
then burnout until set until failure at 1st set's weight

5x8, climbing
Seated DB Tricep Extension
then burnout set until failure at 1st set's weight

All sets should be a struggle. Let spotter help you finish reps if needed.
