Bent Over Single Arm DB Row


Superset with 

5 sets of 5 reps on each arm (choose a weight that makes you struggle!)

Alternating DB Bicep Curls



5 sets of 10 reps

Ring Rows with elbows high (walk feet down and make these very difficult)


Superset with 

5 sets of 10 reps

Weighted Hip Extensions (keep perfect form)

Finally...

5 sets of 5 (both directions equals 1)
