The Tabata workout is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of four minutes. In this workout, you will move from each movement to the next during the ten seconds of rest. Example: For the first 20 seconds you will do as many V-Ups as possible. You will have 10 seconds of rest, and then begin the round of push-ups for 20 seconds. You will continue in this way for the full 8 rounds, moving through each exercise.
