Today we will be working on your GOAT.
“Goat” – CrossFit slang for a movement we have difficulty with.
Examples: Double-Unders, Ring Dips, Overhead Squats, HSPU, etc
Choose two “Goats” to work on today. Coaches will have great suggestions in class for how to work on your GOAT. It may be a WOD with the movements or just technique work.
Also, spend time stretching and doing mobility. Ask coach for some suggestions based on your problem areas. Or possibly a ROMWOD.
