1. Find your Max Height Box Jump
You choose whether you want it to be a stepping start BJ or a Standing (no step) BJ.
(If a high jump just isn't going to happen for you then choose another skill to work on)
2. 4 Rounds for Time of:
15 Box Jumps, III-36/30, II-30/24, I-24/20 (go slightly higher than you ever have in a WOD before)
