Accumulate 400 Points For Time:
Cal Row (1 cal = 1 point)
Cal Bike (1 cal = 1 point)
20m Suicide Sprints (run to cone = 1 point, then back to original cone = 2 points *touch cone)
Burpees (1 burpee = 1 point)

*You can do more of one movement than others but you must get at least 50 points from each exercise (so no skipping any one movement)
