– Pistol Squat Practice x 8 reps each side

– 30 sec Static Hold (hollow-hold, handstand hold, L-Sit, L-Hold, Ring Support) *choose what you need to work on most

– 2 mins each side in a Mobility stretch of your choice


2 Person Partner WOD

5 mins Max Cals on Rower

5 mins Max Wallballs (Go heavier than normal)

5 mins Max Distance Handstand Walk (Scale: Handstand Shoulder Taps - L+R=1 rep)
