"Sword Fight"
Class Divides into 2 Teams
3 Rounds:
Station 1 – 400m Team Sled Push
Station 2 – Max Row Calories
The two teams start on opposing stations. When the sled returns, stations switch.
Score is Max Row Calories over the three rounds.

*If there are 4 or more to a team then 2 rowers may be used for each team and both can be rowed on at the same time. Still combine total calories. If 2 or 3 to a team then 1 rower per team.
*Team that wins the warm up gets to choose which station they want to start on
