Medball Squat Cleans (III-30/20, II-20/14, I-16/10)
10m Handstand Walk or 20 sec L-Sit Hold
*Complete 12 MB Squat Cleans then do a 10m HS Walk or L-Sit Hold for 20 secs, then 10 MB Squat Cleans followed by the HS Walk or L-Sit, etc
**This is meant to be an active recovery but still a fast all out WOD. When you get to the med ball, pick it fast and go hard.
