1. Core Progression
5 Rounds for Time:
200m Sprint (LIII-400m)
6 Turkish Get Ups 55/35
*Use a weight on TGUs that allows you to move perfectly and methodically through the movement. Don't rush through this movement and miss a step. Smooth is fast!
**If you can keep a decent run pace in WODs then go with the 400m. Our goal here is to have everyone finish around the same time.
