Spend some time with the coach working on handstands. This can be handstand walking, static handstand holds, holding a handstand against the wall, or another variation.
2) 3 Rounds for Time:
30' Handstand Walk (Sub: 30 Handstand Shoulder Taps or Handstand Rocks)
40 Side Plank Raises (20 each side)
