Burpee Strict Pull Ups
*After each round of Burpee SPUs perform 1 wall to wall sled push (RX-90/45, Scaled-45/0). So after the Cash In complete 10 Burpee Strict Pull Ups and 1 Sled Push, then 9 Burpee Strict Pull Ups and 1 Sled Push, then 8 and 1, etc. After completion of the 1 rep, finish the workout with the Cash Out.
