Do you ever have issues with getting into certain positions we do? Or maybe get a pain or twinge from certain movements? There is a good chance that it's caused from a lack of mobility in a certain area. Attack it with the proper mobilization techniques and it. will. get. better. Ask a coach for some advice and please take mobility seriously! (I call it prehab. Think about it.) -Shane
