1st Lift: 65% of 1RM C&J
2nd: 70%
3rd: 75%
4th: 80%
5th: 85%
6th: 90%
7th: 90%
8th: 90%

*Goal is for every C&J to feel good. Stay at a weight for the next round if you need to before increasing. If you fail a C&J, you may perform another one in that same round
